At Artsync, we aim to deliver high-quality customized products with complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Customized Products

Most of our products are customized according to customer requirements, including:

• Neon Signs
• 3D Sign Boards
• Acrylic Products
• UV Printed Items
• Wooden Shields
• Personalized Gift Boxes

Because of the custom nature of these products:

• Orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
• Advance payments are non-refundable after design approval.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Our team will review the case and provide a replacement if the issue is verified.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before production starts.
• Once the design is approved and production begins, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
